Well this is the USA -- I have read a lot on the American justice system a lot recently and there are plenty of things that I disagree with, however in the recent case of Micheal Brown, it pointed out several facts that are utterly disheartening. I came across tons of figures of disproportionate convictions of African Americans to white Americans, and simply statistic after statistic of a horrendous injustice, and still this recent grand jury preceding shocked me. In case you are unaware of the difference between that and a trial, a grand jury is simply to decide whether or not the accused is indicted. An Indictment, is simply a formal accusation of a crime. Basically to indict someone, is to say that they will see a trial and determine their guilt/innocence. As I have been looking into the american justice system, I have bumped into many jokes about prosecutors being able indict a ham-sandwich, or the jury themselves for the case. Basically it is the easiest thing in the world, and yet no indictment was severed this past week to a police officer who shot a kid. The case was utterly thrown by the prosecutor and now this case has taken on the heart of a greater problem. There is a social injustice within our justice system. https://youtube/watch?v=TZxEyoplYbI&list=UUZaT_X_mc0BI-djXOlfhqWQ
