Well, this is the picture of a part of Red Crescent Youth Volunteers who had participated in National Red Crescent Youth Camp 2012, Halishohor, Chittagong, Bangladesh. Around three thousand RCYs gathered together from every corner of Bangladesh. The theme of the camp was “Save the Green for world!” It was a great opportunity for me to engage myself in RCRC movement for real. I along with my RCY brothers and sisters from Noakhali Branch participated that 4-day long camp. We had some of our best moment of life there. Learning, having fun, meeting new friends, living in a totally different situation, we had all of them. We had Basic RCRC Movement Trainings, First Aid Basics, Climate Change Adaptation trainings, search and rescue trainings and YABC (Youth as an Agent of behavioral change) training. There were many fun and learning games, Cultural Contest among RCYs such as Singing. Dancing, Poetry, Drama etc. We went to sight seeing to remove some tiredness of the camp-environment, it was remarkable too. But the most amazing moments were meeting new volunteers across the nation. Different ideas, different moves, different initiatives were there in one place..... We felt the mutual understanding of the people from All Bangladesh for only one purpose................................... #Serving_Humanity! I invite all the Volunteers across the world to visit Bangladesh for exploring the greatness of the most prideful nation on earth!
