Well this is the same old story people buy this complex on Golf Drive and think they will make a million bucks and refuse to put a penny into the property. I was told I was getting a new toilet a few months back. The toilet I received was used. The top was cracked in many places and had been painted. What new toilet do you know of that you can pull the tank towards you at a 45 degree angel. And what new toilet do you have to hold the handle until the water empties? Now on to the dishwasher. I was told I might get a new one, then a used one, then this one will be fixed. I was asked to empty as much water out of the bottom of the dishwasher so the repair man could work on it. I just had a total shoulder replacement 3 weeks ago. I should not be expected to bail out water. THAT IS WHY I RENT!! Have a great everyone!
