Well, this morning I received a call informing me that my Grandmothers doctor was only giving her 2-3 days. An hour later, Pallative Care said she only had hours left on this earth. This has been the most difficult situation that I have ever dealt with. My Grandmother raised me from a very young age. She taught me about the Lord every chance she got. Her and Grandpa loved me unconditionally. I cant count the mornings I was awoken by Gospel music or preaching blaring on the radio with my Grandma singing as loud as possible. Ill also treasure my moment with her yesterday when I couldnt hold back the tears and she laid my head on her chest and told me how much she loved me. I cant hold back the tears because I know how much Im going to miss her, but I also know that in a few hours....Shell be in Heaven in absolute awe of the beauty. Shell be with her Mom, Dad, and my Grandfather again. Most importantly, shell be in the presence of Jesus. Earth will lose an angel, but Heaven will soon be gaining another. Thank you all for the outpouring of love, support, and prayers. Youll never know how much it truly means. Please continue to pray for my Grandmother and our family during this difficult time.
