Well this week away didnt really go as planned, but WTF noting really ever goes as planned so its par for the course. the good is that after spending the better part of the last 48 hours at Vital I got things all changed up and prepped to start the first real training week of 2015,The good is that the 12 weeks of more walk and less talk sponsored by Muscle Elements starts tomorrow with a big prizes up for grabs, The good is that I have a stacked line-up of hungry athletes that are going to get a whole new look added to the already proven methods of training I incorporate at the facility, The good is that none of you have reached your potential and if you really want it, I will show you how to get it, then once you reach that we will find another level and get that. The only limits in life are those that you place on yourself. Always push the limits and always leave your comfort zone or suffer the consequence of being Mediocre. If you are breathing...there is NO bad, Life is good, Life is what you make of it, you control your life & If you want something you have to make it a priority, No excuses ~ Excuses are for the weak and the weak will fail, the weak will die while the strong flourish.
