Well, this week of therapy is going quite well. Sort of anyways. I am doing fantastic, making up for lost ground last week. I even get to try liquids today for the first time. My g-tube has picked this time to give me trouble again. It keeps opening an my tummy acid leaks, burning my tummy. So Tuesday I was released from the feeding clinic to make the trip to Detroit to see the surgeon. We make the 3 hr trip and no one can get this thing out of me :(. The darn thing is stuck. So they are trying to decide if they are going to have me go through an emergency surgery to get it out or not. Still waiting to hear back from my surgeon. And this morning during therapy, I had a seizure. I was doing great, following directions and it just hit me. So now they are getting ahold of my pediatrician and neurologist to see what to do now. I snapped out of it and returned to my usual self. Just relaxing at the swings until my next therapy session.
