Well to put it simply when I see an animal or child left in a car Im not kidding about a) calling the cops or b) letting said animal out of the car. A nice walk to a park proved that. Im sorry but leaving a window down or having the dog crated in the back of your truck with the camper/cover attachment on and the glass part over the tailgate open isnt acceptable. Especially when its an area you can take your dog! If your dog is too aggressive for me to safely remove them from your vehicle for you (like this one: hackles raised, barking and snarling/growling at pedestrians all while biting at the crate), I will call the police. Enjoy your ticket and be glad your dog seems to be ok!
