Well, today I experienced something new...in 10 years of selling real estate my Buyer and I went to do the walk thru before closing tomorrow morning. Not good. Not good at all. The Seller who lives in GA, was relying on a family member to remove 25+ years worth of crap (and that is putting it nicely) from a old home. Did he do it?? Oh heck no! Thank you Grady for helping me do whatever it takes to get the deal closed...rat poop, spider webs, broken glass, and stinky stuff. And big kudos to Karen Van Sickle, the listing agent for coming and helping get-r-donel!! Thats the good thing about our group at Southern Homes & Land Realty, we truly work as a team to get the deal done!!
