Well today I go in for the big dental appointment. 13 teeth to be removed and bright new chompers (dentures) put in. Lack of good insurance or a job With insurance prevented me from taking care of my teeth the way I should have......along with to much Mountain Dew for too many years. I know the healing process is going to take a while but its all going to be worth it. I will have a bright pretty smile again. AND...This may sound strange to some people but I am looking forward to being able to bite into an apple again or chomp on a carrot, something I have not been able to do in yearsssss. My next step after Im all healed up is to get back on track with eating healthy--more veggies please. I also need to send a HUGE THANK YOU out to my Sissy, Stephanie Johnson for helping me with the trip to the dentist and back and also staying the weekend to help out while Im on very strong meds. lol Most of all, I want to Thank My Love Neil L Sanders for standing by me while I go through this and for just being there for me--I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!! Prayers that all goes well and the healing process is smooth (because it wont be a short one) Have a great day all :)
