Well today I went back to the doctor. I lost 3 pounds since last visit.. YEA.. My blood pressure was 178/70 which YES is still high but better than the 180/120 and 190/110 readings. Leaving my medicine for now, until I finish the one pill, then I have to go back first week of December to get revaluated and medicines changed. So still no gym or medicine allowed if I have any pain of any sort. But I am thankful I went and caught it before something happened.. PS I still have somewhat of the tingly in my right hand but got use to it.
