Well today Taylor was doing well, talking to the nurses about hockey and the Rangers (this nurse is an Islander fan), joking with me and just being Taylor. Then like a switch around 2:30-3:00 she just starts crying with pain and not feeling well. I dont think I can explain to anyone how much that bothers me, to see her going from her normal self to just kind of going into herself with pain and being uncomfortable. The pain and sadness in her eyes sucks, it is like she is thinking maybe this time I wont get the pain, I wont feel so crappy. then boom, she does. Today she got 2 doses of morphine and when we got home around 6:30 tonight the morphine was still helping with her pain. She ate some Italian ice and now she is laying on the couch, I am hoping that she will be able to go to sleep soon.
