Well today didnt go as planned. I only got one Gold and a Bronze. While I was in the middle of my Absolute Open division semi-finals match against the #1 guy in the world (whove Ive beaten before) in that division I popped the LCL in my knee. We were tied 2-2 and we were in a weird 50/50 position, I knew I needed to get on top to score the sweep, he rolled to his knees while I grabbed the back of GI to get up and pop pop pop went the knee and I got nauseous. I couldnt finish the match and was out. It hurts but a lot but Im fine. I was having a lot of fun in that match too, I finally got to play some open guard defense. Now time to enjoy the Boston night life with my friends.
