Well today is the last day of this Chemotherapy Regimen. Not quite feeling the jubilation I probably should. Probably due to the side effects of this past Mondays treatment. Have a CAT scan Nov 10th, and another office visit on Nov 17th. Life after that seems like a blank canvas except for the follow-ups at DHMC and ensuring a medical insurance that is manageable. I will be in a clinical trial called FANG. I will get immunizations monthly made from my tumor starting in Nov. I think about things over and over in my head to say to all of you, but can never find the statements that convey what I want. I cannot say enough gratitude for all the support you have given me. Support from my friends, prior patients and families I have worked with importantly FAMILY. The cards, visits, emails, Facebook comments and phone calls and most importantly all the positive energy and well wishes you sent to me. This part of my journey is almost done. Now the chapter of healing and regaining strength.
