Well, today marks an end to nearly 6 years with Executive Cuisine where I enjoyed my beginnings in food design and evolving into the role of in-flight catering coordinator not to mention a variety of other roles for the catering company. Tomorrow however will be the beginning of a new chapter in my career.As many may remember me posting about The Curtis House being visited by Gordon Ramsay in September, I have actually been approached to help manage the Inn and Restaurant and have accepted the position. I can truly say you can not believe everything you see on TV even if it is called reality. Like any business or even home some improvements can be made here and there as well as recognizing where they may have gotten in ruts along the way that can be adjusted. I have been getting to know some of the folks that work there and am thrilled to join a team of dedicated chefs, service staff, and countless others that too want to show everyone what we have to offer. You can be sure I will be keeping you all updated on the goings on at The Inn. Hope to see you all from time to time too.
