Well today my kids have been absolute angels. They awoke to Jolly being gone and all the gifts under the tree missing. Camden told Cailee that Jolly has taken them all away. They have been in bummed mode all day, but spent the afternoon writing letters to Jolly and Santa about how they were sorry they didnt treat their toys very good. Theyve played nicely together all day and watched Christmas movies and double checked under the tree a few times. Then they helped make checklists for cleaning their rooms to hang up to help keep them cleaner. They put them with their letters for Jolly, and theyve picked out a few things they want to donate. They really have been traumatized by the thought of Santa not coming, but I really dont want to back down on my stance. :/ One more day to figure out what to do... #momprobs
