Well today really was a day from hell. It would be so nice if the nursing staff could show up on their weekends without lame excuses like they couldnt find their car keys Give me a break~If your that irresponsible then u dont need to be in nursing .Also I understand having sick kids but. Seriously give them nausea meds and let them sleep esp if they are 2 years from being able to legally drive. I covered this weekend out of the kindness of my heart and you people screw me?? Trust me it wont happen again. Those of you know who u are so I wont be so cruel to mention names. But you put your patients and co workers in jeopardy and believe me it will not be tolerated .I will come get u or send a cab to your house . Obviously you dont Care or dont have bills to pay . In either instance then do us a favor put in your 2 week notice so someone that needs a job can put food on the table for their children and pay.bills. Perhaps you have someone that helps pay your bills or some may live off the government~well Im done paying for lazy unreliable people . Get off your butt and get your tail to work as our patients deserve far better care than this. There will be no call ins accepted this weekend . You will have to come in and the nurses will. Assess you accordingly . Lets grow up and take some responsibility for your jobs staff and patients that are counting on your presence . Thank. You in Advance .
