Well today was another amazing day for West Michigan JR Gold Tour. We bowled at Airway Lanes Fun Center, in Portage MI. Home of our Tour sponsor Scott Brunners Pro Shop 269-381-1111 I cant say enough of this house, and what Brunner has done for the entire West Michigan side. You can go anywhere where someone hasnt got equipt, or coaching from him. Hey youths. Want to get coaching from the guy who has coached many of West Michigans top youth bowlers, call Scott at his shop 269-381-1111. Best call you will make this year. We had 64 bowlers today in Portage. I want to thank couple of very mature bowlers who already their JR Gold Spots. 3 of our finest youth bowlers opted to not bowl, and let another bowler take their place who didnt make it before our event filled up. Chase Benites, Antar Howard, Joni Wirtz- you 3 make me proud to do these events. Because of you, 3 kids had the opportunity to bowl, that would have not been for you. Kudoss to the parents who raise these kids, and what they demonstrate for the sport of bowling. On another note, today I was schooled myself by Brian Regan, who runs runs many tournaments in the MidWest. He was here to observe, and teach me how to run a better program. I owe a debt of grattitude to him. This program has grown in just 2 years, and I see next years potential as even more amazing. With that I see changes that will take this program to the next level.
