Well, today was such a busy day. Vet appointments, back to back, for two of our other dogs. Its difficult watching the slow decline of our older dogs, even though they got a clean bill of health, for some reason, they all looked so tired. The vet is extra concerned for our Chihuahua mix, she is so high strung, that the added stress of Dory is causing some health issues. So there we have it... No offers for Dory today, nothing from the foundation, nothing from good Samaritan s out asking people. I have to admit, I was over by the animal control building, I was tempted to walk up to the families looking at other dogs and ask them about Dory. So, why didnt I? 1) it wouldve gotten me kicked off property. 2) not fair to other shelter dogs, also needing families....uh, well. Ill keep ya posted, keep looking for me and bring in your ideas to me. I welcome anything at this point... :)
