Well, today will take some beating (dont take that as a challenge God!) Went with Letha for a 1 hour occupational therapy appointment at 11 am (on the way to which, we were almost killed ay a truck driver) - - Letha apparently had trouble standing up during this appt, and the next thing we know were in the emergency room. Been in an emergency waiting room recently? Its really an experience. The out of his gourd hillbilly covered in roofing tar (best moment of the hellish day - - a young black girl saying youre dirty! repeatedly to him) who almost stumbled into us at least 15 times, gave me quite an insight into his life during his incessant mush mouthed cellphone rants. I learnt that 1. He had recently spanked a child that was not his, and the child was not pleased by this. 2. He had been felt up all over by a lady doctor. 3. He had been given pain killers (duh!)despite telling the nurses I am a drug addict He was quite an interesting specimen, with his pants around his knees and the soles of his shoes so encrusted in tar that they had ceased to function as any kind of grip months (years?) ago. One has to wonder if the foreman on a job doesnt feel the need to lecture people about their un-functioning as pants pants you may fall off the roof no problemo hombre ahhhhh anyway nine and a half hours of this takes its toll.
