Well todays Thanksgivukkah was awesome as planned, we had soul food for brunch (bagels and spread, matzoh-brei (kinda like matzoh french toast) potato pancakes and all the trimmings). The 25 pound beast was cooked to perfection, stuffed with apples, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and other earthly good herbs, tsimis (simis, sweetpotatoes, sliced carrots and pineapple chunks, with honey and brown sugar) instead of sweet potatos, and brussel sprout gratin,and the ever so loved cressant rolls. Desert was pumpkin pie, dutch apple pie and a pumpkin ice cream, and a cream cheese ice cream log roll. I was too busy cooking and eating to take pics, so youll just have to use your imagination. btw the cat and kitten had turkey and giblets dinner too. But I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving , peace to all and please be safe on the roads, cops are in full force so please be careful
