Well tonight was a great damn night. I put on my first major dinner event at the kitchen where I work...my menu, my food, my responsabilaty. It sold out and had a waiting list, and from the feedback we heard, went very well. Thank you so much to Larry and Sarah Bruce for the faith you gave in me to try and pull this off and thank you to my loving wife,who works with me by the way, for being able to not only deal with me, but give me crucial help as well. Also my great friend Marc Varano for not only his help but his knowledge and advice. It was a great night that confermned that this is what I love doing!
