Well, water drying company came last night...the equipment is SO LOUD! 12 (maybe more) industrial drying fans and 2 HUGE industrial size dehumidifies. Torn down the falling parts of the kitchen ceiling, cut Sheetrock away at floor in upstairs MA bath, removed trim, cut away ruined carpet and took it away...now just wait for it to dry...3-5 days listening to these fans! BTW, wet Sheetrock, carpet and hardwood floors smell rank...6 loads of laundry to clean and dry everything that was filthy and soaked and 3 loads in the dishwasher to clean every pot, pan, utensil and so on that we own...waiting on the insurance adjuster to come this afternoon for a quote on the damage...preliminary damage he says...scary...darn kittens! And they dont care!
