Well we are just one short sleep away from the launch of our Linlithgow salon and its time to say a few thank yous to the people who have helped make this possible. Firstly a thank you to our staff who have not only worked tremendously hard (did we mention the straight As at ESPA training!) but also the enthusiasm and willingness they have shown to do what has needed to be done with a sense of humour. We may be two salons, but we are very much one business and all staff have pulled together and worked as a team sharing skills and knowledge to ensure the same high standard can be expected at both salons. To you, our clients, your loyalty, feedback, support, and willingness to recommend The Retreat to friends and family has made this next step possible. We look forward to continuing to work with you closely as we develop both salons. Every small business relies on the support of family and friends at times like this. Ours have gone beyond the call of duty offering everything from practical help to advice, endless cups of tea and so much more... And finally, to our children who have had to amuse themselves a bit during their summer holidays as we have prepared for the launch (cupcakes all round boys!). Our doors will be open from 10am tomorrow, and we welcome all of you to share the day with us.
