Well we are spending the morning of our ten year anniversary together as we will the next five days in a row as Robin starts her intravenous treatment. Robin was diagnosed this week with Transverse Myelitis. The simplest explanation is her immune system has been attacking her spinal cord. It is possible this could be the start of MS. She has been struggling with numbness and weakness in her hands and arms and it is progressing into her legs. The way we understand it not everybody with Myelitis become MS but most people with MS started with this. Regardless we are going to fight this together with the thoughts and prayers of our family and friends. Seems like a bad way to spend our anniversary but I know there is no place I would rather be today than right beside Robin as we begin this fight. It seems like the more adversary we face the closer we become. I love this woman.
