Well, we finally have the first footage of Paul Thomas Andersons new flick Inherent Vice. Blink and you will miss it but footage is scattered alongside that of Gone Girl and others in the exceptional trailer for this years New York Film Festival. Its hard to make out which clips are PTAs, but for sure we have Joaquin Pheoenix lighting up a cigarette, getting shouldered onto the ground by cops and, most interestingly, Owen Wilson leading some kind of hippy banquet.
