Well we got some answers today but more to come tomorrow. MRI showed a Ping pong ball sized abscess in my neck under my muscle and lymph nodes. Not sure how it happened so more blood tests are being ran to figure it out. Meanwhile, Ive have a pic line inserted into my arm for daily IV therapy to try to get this taken care of until a biopsy can be done to drain the rest. I meet with the surgeon tomorrow to discuss options and get IV antibiotic infusions daily for the next few weeks to come. I pray I get to go back to school and get to live my life again! I never imagined what started out as a simple virus would become so serious! Thank you all for your continuous support!
