Well, we got some results back on my MRI. Doc wants to consult with the senior physician in his group as well as with my bariatric surgeon to best decide treatment options but in a nut shell, tear in the bile duct (left behind even when galbladder is removed) and a small stone in the hepatic duct (liver). All kinds of speculation on how we got here and the previous episode of pancreatitis as well as the positive results for auto-immune issue on my blood work, but one thing at a time. We gotta get the tear to heal for my pain to resolve and we have to address that stone... both of which may get interesting. Journaling my nutrition since I havent been comfortable eating recently to see that I am getting enough and likely adding protein shakes again for a while but that isnt too bad... bleh
