Well we took our flat screen tv to the geek squad...the warranty however doesnt cover cracked screens....and it got even more cracked than it was before because it fell out of the van when we opened the back door to take it out...i didnt put it in the car right apparently....so remember if you buy a tv with a warranty at best buy it doesnt cover cracked screens and they wont tell you how much it will cost to repair it either...the warranty was a complete waste of money.
