Well, we were leaving the Essentia parking ramp the other day and a lady backed right up into us (even though I was honking my horn for the 5 feet she was backing up). We exchanged insurance info and we went on our merry way. I called her agency to report a claim. After waiting 28 hours and not hearing from her company, I called them directly. I waited on hold for 28 minutes before I got to talk to the adjuster (who was very nice, BTW). But I couldnt believe how inconvenient it was (press this button, that button, keep holding...) Thank God my customers dont need to go through this during their times in need!
