Well well, Sunday night thoughts that relate to us all, a message to me and to you all: Everybody got to go, and through out life, we have people leaving us, sometimes 2 in a year, sometimes 2 in a week, we all go through it, i think its important we equip ourselves as we walk through this span with tools that help us get up, that drive us, encourage and so on, so if your in that place, im not saying dont have sorrow, im thinking, yes have sorrow and be upset and emotional but not for too long, its important we get up and those tools, help us ski, cruize, drive through it, and the number 1 thought has to be, attach a moment with the 1, a song, a movie, something use done together and hold that moment tight, cos that is what will get you through it, a photo, a sound, a word, a phrase, what ever the 1 said that had influence on you, with me its mainly music that reminds me, iv just been reminded today as a song come on radio, and although my grandad is alive, hes in ausie and lived there for almost 20 years and im 26, i feel like a missed out having a relationship with him, the bond, and tis is his song, its a fav singer of his, i was influenced so this is the stamp, the tools already, makes me smile, good thoughts of times we had, others passed maybe in thought other forms, but dont be shy of death, face it strong, and remember those who we lost and loved, everyday, look at the pic frame, put that song on that makes u cry, give your heart some space, let it breathe, dont keep yourself locked up......free yourself. comon now. youtube/watch?v=Fy_JRGjc1To SHARE AND POST A THOUGHT OF A LOVED ONE LOST, PHRASE, SONG, MOVIE, WHAT EVER, SHARE YOUR STORY, X
