No one likes asking others for money, and my hope was that I could get by with $7,500 total this time out. But if you read Seven Days this past week, you know that theres a GOP candidate whos now raised more than 5 times that amount. And that campaign is buying television ads -- pretty much unheard of for a Senate race -- along with the full range of other advertising. Following which, he pathetically begs for alms. Pobrecito.
