Well, well, well!!! We had the function this evening with Chef Nate Brown and we all showed out! The food was awesome and the folks were amazing! I prepared Talapia with a wonderful caper sauce and Savory Cheesy Grits, Drunkened BBQ Baked Beans with chopped Baby Back Ribs and Cognac (VO), Herbed Balsamic Green Beans and Onion and Glazed Carrots. For the sweet tooth (Teeth), I prepared a triple chocolate brownie, with a center made with creamy caramel and topped with a dark chocolate ganache. I had quite a few of my Facebookies that stopped by and enjoyed the food and function! One of my faves was a 7 year old boy (I cant remember his name), but his birthday is tomorrow. He walked out with a From the Court to the Kitchen baseball call. The smile on his face....Priceless! Thanks for coming out everyone!
