Well weve hit day 3, the final day of the #FlatheadClassic2014 on the GC. Yesterday was one of the most trying days lve ever had fishing. While the conditions started out perfect, I even landed my first fish for the competition at 7.40am the rest of the day only saw 1 undersize Flattie caught by Zali. The wind picked up early to everyones surprise & was blowing the worst NE, making it difficult to find somewhere to fish out of the conditions that wasnt already swollen with boats. Ive added a few more photos of day 2 but it was a very difficult day. We are hoping that the final day is much better for everyone, looking out the window now, there doesnt seem to be to much wind but the cloud is there early. It was so great to get back to my room at #TheGrandApartments yesterday, as I was so looking forward to my rest & shower, which in my room here is FANTASTIC! Caught up with long time mate & one of Australias best ever sports stars, Merv Hughes over this competition, Great to see you big boy. It sure has been a while mate.
