Well.. what a day it has been. First day back and straight back in, but to be honest I have been so happy! It was so so lovely having a break from it all, but I am happy as a Pig in **** down the cattery and looking after them bless their hearts. They have just had their tea and milk, some-one so kindly donated and also lots of lovely treats that some-one else so kindly donated what spoilt little kitties we have :) tho sChristmas Time thank you all so very much! Getting back to this morning I opened the pen and thought mm maybe Catkins would like a bit of time out. She was having none of it! she actually avoided the door when it was open, when she went to her litter tray lol then jumped straight back in her bed and rolled on her back, so I think I can safely say she is as happy as a sand boy :) (what does that mean? by the way) anyway getting back to today. Once again you have been so wonderful bringing in cat food and cards and presses thank you so so much! Now for something I have been waiting and waiting to share with each and everyone of you but dare not, until the cheque was actually in my hand. Drum roll please brrrrrrrrrrrr. In April of this year,I sent off my grant application form to Support Adoption for Pets at Home. I waited until the end of November to see if my application was successful. And... I am so so happy to say yes!!!! it was :) I now have a Cheque for £2000 for the use of. I asked if I may use this grant to help out with all the Vet Bills as this was my main priority. So I think we can safely say that this Truly is The Icing on the Cake! Whoo Hoo!!!!
