Well when the technician never showed up this morning and I called yet again my case was finally handled by a supervisor and quickly escalated to an immediate repair which according to him means by 7pm today, credited for 3 more days, and even he didnt understand why there were so many no show appts by the repairman and he also put my case on a watch list for a follow-up. I will have internet by tonight...... In Jesus Name!!!!!
