Well will post my experiences of ATOS next week. The visit to the Stockton call centre and getting to see how they are trying to improve things and how they are working hard with staff training fails into significance when we are told staff at a PIP medical in Sheffield just a few hours after our visit have bern told they can Google illnesses straight from one assessors mouth when our client said he had ME and asked if she knew what it was as she admitted to having no medical background. Come on guys its the ground level and assessors that need sorting out as priority!
