Well...with very mixed emotions the time is here! The house is going to be listed this week! One wall in the garage is full of boxes and I will be spending the 2nd half of my vacation packing up the remainder of my unessential stuff! Today has been VERY emotional as I finish up small items that need done before the showings begin. This place is way too big for me and much more than I want to be responsible for.... but each and every room and almost every part of the yard has some fond memory tied to it that is making it so hard! I know it will make some family a fabulous home but I pray it sells quickly so I can get this behind me....
