Well woke up a beautiful summer morning, blue skies, warm sun, its nearly November at 53° north for goodness sake! On the plus side it means Ive had some great great views of a rather spotty sun through my Coranado Binomites and at the same time interested some neighbours. Clouds are back but some nice viewing of a pretty active sun. Apart from the huge group of spots near the right edge of the disk as seen though the binocs there were 3 more normal sized spots on view, one pretty much dead centre of the disk, one about on the equator and around 3/5 of the way to the r h edge and one about halfway from the centre to the edge at about 7 oclock.
