Well yesterday was was quite a day: I posted my concern about how people are not taking care of their skin in the sun and how it has made tattooing difficult, how it disrespected me too, especially after so much clear instruction about the subject. I was simply appalled at some of the responses. One case in particular has me shaking my head in disbelief lol... This was a malicious purposeful attack yesterday, it was demeaning, patronizing and degrading. It was by no mistake or circumstantial, it was totally engineered to humiliate... The people involved had been obviously coached and had discussed this with some favored artist who brain washed them. Very conniving indeed... The just of the post was that I pursue painting canvasses instead of tattooing humans. Her opinion was that the rotary machines I use plus the lack of my experience doing too much detail versus sun exposure will not stand the test of time. She boasted that she never heard other artists complaining about the sun therefor it must be only me. When I looked at her pictures there she was sun bathing and of course she was friends with some local artists. I did not respond to her I simply threw her off and posted the screen shot to test the waters and see what my friends here thought... well lone behold two smarty pants actually supported her. When I responded and then followed up by removing them, the one actually messaged an avid supporter of mine that is a professional tattoo artist attacking me trying to sway them over to dislike me. This backfired and I was contacted. It is obvious now that people are stirring up trouble against me... Those who do not like my work and what I have to say have the choice to go elsewhere. This is my personal Facebook, and I would like to keep it friends and supporters only...Anyone that does not like what I have to say can bugger off. I love what I do and am passionate about it. I have an excellent team of artists and am proud of all the different styles we do. If one studies my work they will clearly see its big bold and isnt highly detailed especially due to the effects of the sun and aging. I have many years of experience (28) and have been recognized as an expert by top authorities in the field hence the award I received for Extra Ordinary Outstanding Artistic Ability which honored me with permanent residence to the United States. So I guess the professional expert critics have made their choice, I do have what it takes to be Ink Master lol. I also realize that other artists have been talking smack and coaching people. I am not here to steal anyones work, but instead to be an asset to the artistic community, providing for healthy competition and betterment from all aspects. I am sorry if people feel threatened. And my Facebook is not for impostors to sneak in sly comments given every chance trying to create public dislike. Get a life, leave us alone and go on with your existence. I love the artists work here in Charlotte and often send people to other studios and I am sure many of you here are witness to that. I think that alone speaks volumes about us. We even have other tattoo studios cards in our shop in support of a healthy friendly environment. I dont like when people bash other tattoo artists and other tattoo studios. I am happy to be here, Charlotte has some of the finest tattoo artists in America. God Bless You All
