Well your friends I come to you tonight with a confession that I suffer from bad insomnia and panic attacks which I take a controlled substance to keep me balanced. I found out this medication destroys your mind. Its not supposed to be used but no longer than 6 months.. Tonight I begin the journey of putting this medication in the past and it will be truly a test. I apologize if Im not an attentive but I go through horrible reaction when I dont take. I ask for your prayers to help me make it through this time because it is truly a raw wrenching change and wish me luck God bless!!! I will miss you but will be back... You can count on that baby!!!
