Wellllll, happy happy Wednesday yall! May the Lord be your Rock, your Fortress, and your Deliverer in whom you take refuge In my truck, I have satellite radio, & I get a chance to listen to all the evil events and calamities going on in the world today from politics to the weather, and one might say that the end is very, very near! I dont know who among you actually read the Bible but I am compelled to urge you to read chapter 13 in the book of Mark, and pay special attention to verses 7 & 8! Sometimes it seems as if everything is going wrong. Before giving into despondency however, acknowledge the greatness, glory and constancy of God. He called the world into existence; He created humankind; He has kept vigil over his creation, cared for us through the ages and sheltered us in every disaster. He is the Creator God who will never abandon his workmanship. In His vast love He gave His Son to the world, so that whoever believes in Him, shall not perish but have everlasting life! Many times in the history of the world, it seemed as if all was lost and all hope was gone. Yet God has saved people and nations from devastation in miraculous ways, and has enabled them to overcome dangers and transformed defeat into glorious victory. No circumstances are too small or too big for Him, and no prayer will remain on her door unanswered. Only in Him will the world find deliverance from its distress! Father God, You are our safe fortress and a shield against every calamity that threatens to overwhelm us. Knowing this, we step with confidence into the unknown, in Jesus name we pray, Amen I could preach about this all day long but as you probably figured, its time to make the donuts so Ill leave it between you and God! please read Mark chapter 13, and ask God for wisdom. Stop praying for world peace,,, its not going to happen,,, its going to get worse before it gets better, pray moreover that it doesnt affect you, your loved ones, and your brothers and sisters in Christ and hold on to His promises, place your trust and faith in the living Christ, and through Him you will survive all danger and adversity!
