Wellness professionals from the Stanwood, Camano Island, and Arlington areas will host booths to bring awareness to their work in elevating the health of our communities, the products and services that they offer. A line up of inspirational guest speakers and teachers will lead demonstrations in healthy cooking, fitness, health awareness, and much more. These classes are free to the public and will run throughout the entire day, June 7.
