Wells Fargo Caught Forging Mortgage Documents (Again) — Will We Finally See Jail Time for the Bankers? If corporations are people why dont they get the equivalent of the jail sentences you or I would get if we committed the same crimes? Why do they get less responsibilities and more privileges? Because they have more money than you or I and the people who promote this bullshit are either deluded or bought and paid for. Since I would get about 5 years in prison for mortgage fraud I propose the same thing for corporations. During my 5 years I cannot earn any money. Let them forfeit all profits for 5 years. But thats not fair! Um, thats what I have been saying but I dont think we are talking about the same thing.
