Welp. I complained about a month ago when UPS left a camera lens at my front door even though it required a signature. The driver (same one I am assuming) just literally dropped a package at my door. I was sitting in the back of my apartment and I heard what sounded like a heavy book being dropped. I went to the door and the UPS guy was walking off. The box is crumpled and damaged in one corner. Inside is a replacement camera lens for one that bit the dust in Arizona. The news lens is damaged. So now I have to replace my replacement. Thanks UPS. One of my neighbors happened to be outside and confirmed he literally dropped the box and walked off. Filed a complaint with UPS and they will be coming to inspect the box and damaged lens. Hope this guy gets fired. Tired of it. Thank God for warranty/replacement coverage.
