Welp, i just cooked some "pancakes" from scratch for the first time in my life. Calling these frisbees pancakes is an insult to all -cakes worldwide, but at least they are somewhat edible. Actually scratch that. When you get over the smell of burned pastry they are quite good, especially with golden syrup. I might document the process tomorrow so that others can follow im my inept, mix-filled footsteps.
