Went back to surgeon today and had to get some fluid drained from one side, but helped with discomfort level. Went to oncologist on Tuesday and I will be doing 2 more rounds of chemo before starting radiation. First chemo shrunk tumor in breast by 90% but there were still active cancer cells in the remaining tumor and in 4 of 9 lymph nodes tested. God has blessed me this far and will see me through to the end. I pray that God gives me the wisdom and strength to be there for others and help them along their journeys. I love Courtney Townsend just like my own daughter and so wish I could take all this away from her. Please pray for her as she is starting chemo today. We can do all things through Christ who gives us strength. Phil. 4:13
