Went for a 6am morning run in the cold wind with 5kg ankle weights on each leg and a 15 kg weight vest. My goal is to get my bodyfat down to 4% in time for the december taekwondo championships in helsinki. Trying also to strengthen up my ankle muscles to put the finishing touch on my new move which i call the triple sweep, rockinghorse power shin-splint maker which requires immense ankle strength, and mark my words will end the title hopes on one of my upcoming opponents. Now to get nutrition on track with dishes like swine-filled burek with kidney beans and shallots, i will be unstoppable. POW!
