Went for a casting today. To crown it all, my eye started itching this morning and fool that I was, I rubbed it. Well there I was withone red eye, in front of the camera which was on my left and of course the red eye had to be the left one. Well have to see how it all turns out! Someone said to me the other day that they would never ba able to to do what I do, because of firstly being rejected two or three times a month. Well you get used to it. It still stings when you dont get something you really wanted but you learn how to handle it. The thing about acting is that you never know who you are going to be tomorrow. It might be an eskimo, a Russian, gangster or a judge. and you also dont know where or when you are going to be. Its hard to explain but the moment you hear the word ACTION, it makes all those other times that you did not get the job, worth while. The role I went to today was to be a spear fisherman on an island and it will be shown all over Europe to people who will not have the faintest idea that the guy in the water actually lives in Surrey Estate. And while Im sitting at home waiting to hear whether I got the job, I can always swith on the computer and create anothet world in a new story or the best part of it all share it with you!
