Went for a fast walk of 7.2 miles today. In less than 1 hr 40 mins. Need to add another 6 miles and can only add another hour if I want to go faster than last year!!! Time to get serious about running again. First one is at the end of September in Montreal!!!! Where is Alyssa Wise and Gerard Magennis when I need them?? Oh yeah,one on a ship having a fabulous time and the other having the best time of his life in Vancouver!!! Happy for them,sad for me. Miss you guys!!!
