Went for a run/ walk in the woods and it turned into a bit of a circuit class near the end where we threw in some squats, plie squats, wall (tree) squat holds (30 seconds), push ups, sit ups, step ups onto bench, tricep dips and even some box jumps onto a bench in the woods........BOOM you dont always need a gym to get a good workout! Next up is speed 1.0 later tonight. Happy hump day.....weekend is so close I can smell it :D xxxx
